Water Test Interpreter provides educational information about private well water test results. It is not a certified laboratory, medical service, public health authority, engineering service, or professional water treatment consultation.
You are responsible for confirming test results, safety concerns, treatment decisions, and health decisions with qualified professionals, including certified laboratories, local health departments, qualified water treatment professionals, or clinicians.
No Emergency or Professional Advice
Do not rely on the service for emergencies or urgent health decisions. If your water test suggests bacteria, high nitrate, high arsenic, lead, or another urgent concern, use appropriate caution and contact qualified professionals promptly.
The service does not create a doctor-patient, client-professional, laboratory-client, or advisory relationship.
Your Responsibilities

Local Data and Backups
The iOS app may store saved test history locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining copies of your official laboratory reports and any records you need for health, treatment, real estate, rental, or regulatory purposes.
Intellectual Property
Water Test Interpreter, including its design, text, software, graphics, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
